What you receive, step by step
The Done-For-You Fix is the Visibility Report plus the work. This page shows the shape of every deliverable, using the real findings from our sample report for North Monsen Company in Salt Lake City.
1. Your AI Visibility Report (within the hour)
The same report the $149 tier delivers: 25 buyer questions researched live, who was named instead of you and how often, the patterns behind it, and a prioritized fix list. For North Monsen it found 3 of 25 questions naming the business and 10 fixes.
2. The plan email (within 1 business day)
A short, plain email saying what we found and exactly what we will change, plus what we need from you. This is what it would say for the sample business:
Hi,
Your report is attached. The short version: you are named first in the three broad questions ("dry-bulk equipment supplier in Salt Lake City"), and absent from the 22 specific ones: turnkey systems, on-site assessments, replacement parts, bulk-bag unloading, screw conveyors, pricing. Millcreek Engineering was named in 13 of the 25 answers because it publishes a page for each of those situations. Over the next seven days we will:
- Write and publish three answer-engine pages: Turnkey dry bulk storage and conveying systems in Salt Lake City, On-site assessment and system upgrades, and Screw conveyors, rotary airlocks and replacement parts. Each answers the questions the assistants asked, in the words they used.
- Install LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data on the site so the name, address, phone, service area and services are machine-readable.
- Rebuild the Google Business Profile: primary category, services list, service area (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Montana), description written for retrieval, and a request for three specific customer reviews.
- Check name, address and phone on the core directories and correct any that differ.
What we need from you, all by email invite, never a password:
- Your website: add hello@getcitedlocal.com as a user on the site builder, or reply with your web developer's email.
- Google Business Profile: Business Profile settings, People and access, Add, hello@getcitedlocal.com, role Manager.
- Directories you have claimed: Bing Places (Manage Users), Apple Business Connect (Team, Invite Team Member), Yelp for Business (User Management, Invite a User), Facebook (Business Portfolio, add people).
Send whichever you can and we start the same day. Anything you would rather not share, we send as files and instructions instead.

3. The change log (day 7)
Every change we make is listed with where it lives, so you or any developer can check it. For the sample business it would look like this:
| Change | Where | Status |
|---|---|---|
| New page: Turnkey dry bulk storage and conveying systems in Salt Lake City | northmonsen.com/turnkey-systems-salt-lake-city | example, not done |
| New page: On-site assessment and system upgrades | northmonsen.com/on-site-assessment | example, not done |
| New page: Screw conveyors, rotary airlocks and replacement parts | northmonsen.com/parts-and-service | example, not done |
| LocalBusiness + Service + FAQ structured data | Every page, in the <head> | example, not done |
| Google Business Profile: category, services, service area, description | Google Business Profile | example, not done |
| Name, address, phone checked on Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, BBB, industry directories | Each listing | example, not done |
4. The structured data we install
This is the kind of markup the report's fix #8 asks for, filled in with the business's public details. A developer can paste it as-is; we install it for you.

5. The day-30 re-scan
Thirty days after the work goes live we re-ask the same saved 25 questions, the same way and the same number of times, and send you the before-and-after, in writing, including competitor movement. The baseline column is the real sample; the day-30 column is what you would be comparing against.
| Measure | Baseline (Sept 30, 2026) | Day 30 |
|---|---|---|
| Questions where AI named the business | 3 of 25 | measured after the work |
| Named first when named | 3 of 3 | — |
| Millcreek Engineering named | 13 of 25 | — |
| Annik Engineering named | 8 of 25 | — |
| Cambelt International named | 8 of 25 | — |
If the share of answers naming you is not at least 4 percentage points higher than the baseline (about 3 more answers out of 75), we keep working at no charge until a re-scan shows it, or refund you in full. You choose. The guarantee, in writing.
